§1 — Users are fully responsible for all content they upload or post (videos, images, files, posts, messages, etc.). The operator assumes no liability for user-generated content.
§2 — Respectful communication is required. Harassment, stalking, doxxing, racism, sexism, hate speech, and discrimination are not allowed.
§3 — Users must use NSFW and CW tags when posting explicit content. All NSFW content is allowed as long as it does not violate §4. Private uploads do not require tagging.
§4 — Illegal content under German law is strictly prohibited. If such content is detected, it will be removed immediately and irrevocably, and legal action may be taken. This includes borderline content, especially but not limited to pornographic or erotic depictions of minors, even if not classified as child pornography under the law.
§5 — The operator strives for stable service but accepts no liability for outages or data loss.
§6 — User data is not analyzed or shared with third parties unless legally required.
§7 — In case of service termination, users will be informed at least 3 months in advance.
§8 — Server logs and backups are created automatically to ensure smooth operation and data security. Backups are deleted after seven days, or at the latest after one month.
§9 — Despite all precautions, security vulnerabilities may occur. In case of a data breach, users will be informed immediately upon discovery.
